Why is this 205 not going where is says on my ticket
There are FOUR different 205 services, just to ensure you customers are confused as possible. So please look for and note the destination blind info at the top of the table below. 2 of the 4 services are most likely going where you want.
I have paid £5 for Change & Go! Can I get on?
Without wanting to be rude, it is a Change & Go ticket - it is not a Turn Up & Go ticket.
With this ticket type: You are entitled to make ONE FREE amendment to the departure time of your journey for the Service(s) for which you have purchased Change & Go.

The driver cannot guarantee you a seat, if you have not changed your ticket (for free).
Why can I not bring my Alcohol or Hot Food onboard
For the safety and comfort of all customers, no alcohol or hot food is permitted on our coaches.
Why will you not allow my luggage on the coach
Prohibited items:
We are not obliged to carry any items which, in the opinion of a Driver or a National Express Representative, emit an offensive odour regardless of packing or preservation methods. Items may include but not limited to; liquids, perishable foods and animal remains and or vegetation.
Why can I not have my suitcase with me
With the exception of briefcases no hard-shelled cases, wheeled bags or hard framed rucksacks/backpacks are permitted on board for safety reasons and must be stowed in the luggage hold of the Coach.
Why are you asking me to turn off my Loud Speakers
Prohibited behaviour: You must ensure that you do not:
Play any music players, musical instruments or electronic devices that are audible and distracting or annoying to any person on any Coach.
